We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The facilities were excellent, with a clean room and a fridge filled with drinks. The owner even went above and beyond by providing us with breakfast items catered to our preferences. We were pleasantly surprised that there weren't many people staying here, allowing us to have a peaceful and enjoyable experience. The location was perfect, close to the city center, the Christmas markets, and the train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city.

The location of the hotel was great as it was close to many tourist attractions such as restaurants and shopping centers. the hotel provided drinks in the fridge and the rooms were cleaned daily which added comfort to our stay.

The communication barrier was an issue for us as we didn't speak the same language and there was no reception. we struggled with the stairs as they were steep and we had heavy luggage to carry by ourselves.

The hotel is located near the main shopping street and public transportation. the room decoration is beautiful and it has a fridge with drinks. the lady who cleaned our rooms was very nice.

There is no reception, so it was hard to communicate with the lady who didn't speak English. the air conditioning didn't work on our first night and we had to sleep in a freezing room.
